No Way Back

In July 2015 I produced No Way Back. Co-Directed by Scott Graham and Neil Bettles and commissioned by Made In Corby, the show saw the directors returning to their home town to create a piece of theatre about events that shape our lives and make us who we are.

No Way Back used a cast of 16; 6 were professional performers and 10 were community members from Corby. They came from a range of backgrounds, some with little or no experience of theatre and were aged 16 - 71.

Performances took place at the Core at Corby Cube. This show was a very special one to be part of with cast members referring to it as 'life changing'.

MA in Collaborative Theatre Making

In May - July 2016 I produced the work generated by seven students of Frantic Assembly's MA course in Collaborative Theatre Making with Coventry University. This process resulted in a sharing of their work at the Lyric Hammersmith.

More about the course can be found here.

Underworld: Surreal Carnival Experience

In March 2017 I coordinated an experimental project with Frantic Assembly and music producers Underworld.  A group of 35 performers were invited to perform alongside Underwold at their concert at Alexandra Palace to an audience of 10,000. This consisted of flash mob performances as well as on stage ensemble work and choreography. Performers came from all over the UK and included allumni from Frantic's Ignition programme and professional Frantic practitioners.
